Committees

The Payette County Chamber has openings on our Auction committees! We have 6 committees that we are looking for assistance with. They are:

• Theme and Decor- This committee will be in charge of choosing a theme, decorations and the actual decorating the day of the event.
• Food and Drink- This committee will help choose the menu as well as any beverage ideas for the evening. 
• Games- This committee will be in charge of deciding all games that will be played the evening of the event. They will gather all items necessary and help choose the prizes.
• Procurements- This committee will help Stacey gather and enter all procurements that are taken in. This is the MOST important committee for the Auction.
• Silent Auction- This committee will help decide what items need to go into the Silent Auction. They will help make bid sheets and set out items the day of the Auction. They will also help pull them the evening of the Auction.
• Live Auction- This committee will help select items for the Live Auction. They will also help set them up the day of the Auction.
